Our Team
Spencer Earnest, Owner, PT, DPT, FDN-Cert
Spencer has been practicing physical therapy for 10 years. For the entirety of his career he has specialized in outpatient physical therapy with a focus in pain. For the last several years he has taken several courses on pain and was mentored by one of the leading pain experts of our time- Howard Schubiner. Spencer is passionate about helping patients overcome their pain and take control of their lives again. “I’m saddened when I hear people say they have to live with pain the rest of their lives due to some pathology or diagnosis shown on an image. We’ve learned too much about pain to continue this line of thinking. Those excuses don’t hold up anymore. There’s more we can do now.” He has a wife and 4 children and resides here in Henderson Nevada where he enjoys golfing, basketball, coaching his children's sports teams and spending time with his beautiful family.
Amy Earnest, Owner, Accounting Expert
Amy, Spencer’s wife, is first and foremost a devout stay-at-home mother to their 4 children- Kate, Grayson, Brigham, and Reese. When’s she’s not attending to the many needs of her family daily- she oversees the accounting. She has an eye for detail and looks for ways we can continue to improve as a company.
Freya Tuazon, Director of Operations
We are so happy that Freya joined the team! Freya is experienced with all things front and back office and does it all with a kind smile. Freya will make sure your case runs smoothly and accurately. She is our billing, credentialing, and insurance specialist. She will take care of all your insurance questions including authorization, benefits, and eligibility. She keeps us organized so we can focus our energy on you!
Renee Miri, CPT
Renee graduated from PIMA as a Physical Therapist Assistant and is currently working as a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness. She works alongside each and every patient of ours to help accomplish their rehab and functional goals. She will set up and modify your exercises as well as your home exercises. She is fun and energetic and inspires everyone to move more and return to a more active and healthy lifestyle.
Alexa Munoz, PTA
Alexa graduated from PIMA as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She works alongside each and every patient of ours to help accomplish their rehab and functional goals. She will set up and modify your exercises as well as your home exercises. She is the hands of the clinic! You'll feel way better after receiving manual therapy from Alexa.
Calvin Kwok, LAT, ATC, FDN-Cert, SPT
A highly trained and sought after Athletic Trainer, Calvin can do it all. Expansive knowledge on therapeutic exercises and seasoned hands and techniques for manual therapy to reduce anyone's pain instantly. When Calvin isn’t helping in the clinic he is running his own cash service for manual therapy. Calvin is seeking to continue his education by attending physical therapy school at UNLV.
Freddy Sahagun, ATC, LAT, LMT, FST1
Freddy is a very talented athletic trainer. He has 7 years of experience and is currently working for the Las Vegas Raiders. We are lucky to have him work out of our clinic to treat our patients. His availability varies so schedule him while you can!
